Chocolate used in our Chocolaterie is of superior quality, this being of best quality Couvertures in the World, White 36%, Milk 52%, and Dark, 70%. Special blendings of our 100% Cocoa Mass often also being used. Our standard chocolates are made in any of the Couvertures of your choice and for any occassion, if you prefer milk, dark or white chocolate for your occasion, we will make them specially for you.
Our Fillings are different, as EACH has its own and Unique Base of natural flavours derived from Infusion Techniques, that have taken time and patience to succeed in their scientific formulas. – These often lingering flavours, of which some subtle and some stronger, are to be carefully tasted and while tasting, and long after having eaten these delights, without the effects of having flavours “Repeating” on you, just having to have you need another…or just “That Last One!”
